An excellent experience; our whole family had a very comfortable stay. The environment was beautiful, clean, and pleasant, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. They provided a wonderful space for us to enjoy a delightful vacation.

A hot spring hotel with one night and two meals. It is very convenient to have a private hot spring in the room. The public bath is relatively small, but not crowded. There was no one there when I went there that morning, and I enjoyed the outdoor hot spring very comfortably. The room is in traditional Japanese style, very comfortable and hygienic. The staff does not speak English very well, but they will try their best to communicate with guests through mobile phone translation and other methods, so there is basically no problem. The food was prepared carefully, but the dinner was not to my taste, but the breakfast was a surprise. There were free popsicles, hot spring eggs and beer. The location is far from the station, 20 minutes walk, but people usually go to Yufuin to visit Yunotsubo Street. If you walk from Yunotsubo Street, it is still okay to walk there in 10 minutes. The check-out time is 12 o'clock, which is good. After breakfast in the morning, you can go back to the room and enjoy the hot spring time in the morning before leaving. Overall, it was a very satisfactory accommodation experience. I enjoyed the hot springs and will consider staying here again next time I visit Yufuin.

Booked one night two meals on the website, the dinner Wagyu food quality is good, the waiter is also very polite, although can not communicate smoothly in English, but can use Google Translate translation Japanese communication, any meal inquiries are as satisfied as possible. The hot spring inn has four family hot springs that can be enjoyed as long as no one is using them. There are also open-air hot springs for men and women. After soaking in the hot spring, you can enjoy the free drink bar of the inn, including draft beer, chocolate, and corn soup. The overall experience is good. The only thing is that the toilet in the room is a little smelly, because the hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from Golden Scale Lake, very convenient to get up early to see the morning fog, but it is far from the station, it will be a bit difficult to bring large luggage, but overall it is worth recommending.

A taxi ride from the train station to the hotel costs about 3,500 JPY. The room is spacious and features a traditional Japanese design, comfortably accommodating three guests (one on a futon and two on regular beds). Yukata (Japanese traditional robes) are provided for guests to wear. Our room included a deep soaking tub, and there's also an outdoor bath with natural hot spring water. Guests can also interact with and take photos of the sheep and chickens on the property. The stay includes a Japanese dinner served at 6:30 PM and breakfast. During dinner, staff take photos of each table and present guests with a beautifully hand-drawn souvenir portrait, completely free of charge. The check-in counter is on the ground floor, and upstairs you'll find an interesting display of local history and traditional farming tools, which is well worth exploring and photographing!

It was my first time staying in a hotel with two nights and one meal with my girlfriend. The experience was really great. Although the hotel is a little far from the bus station, I suggest taking a taxi to try it (it doesn't cost $1000 Yen) or walking there (it takes about 15 minutes and is easy to find). It is recommended that you go to the supermarket to buy some snacks before checking in, because it is a little far from the hotel. The check-in time is 15:00. If you arrive early, it is recommended to store your luggage first (of course, the staff will help you to enter the room when the time comes, which is very considerate). We arrived early that day and walked around the street near Jinlin Lake. Fortunately, it was Tuesday and there were not many people. We just happened to go to a CAFE store near Jinlin Lake (enjoy the scenery and coffee at the same time!) Then when we checked in, the staff was also very considerate to introduce the room facilities to each of us, and booked dinner and breakfast with them. I didn't expect this kind of enjoyment to be so great! I hope to have the opportunity to stay in this hotel again next time (because this hotel only has 6-7 rooms, so everyone should book quickly!)

It was a ryokan that children loved and adults enjoyed as well. The location was good and although the open-air bath was not very large, it was a great temperature that children could enjoy.
