Etavia Yufuin Kinrinko

The kids enjoyed the rotenburo although trying to secure a bath slot was tricky since we initially wanted to use the indoor onsen, but by the time we came down from the room, it was being used. There is a helpful lounge/kitchen area with most amenities needed. And it is right down the main shopping street.

Although the location is near the Yufuin station, it's not easy to find, we spend more than 30mins walking and asking around and lugging our luggage. But its 10mins walk to Lake Kinrin and Lawsons is just next door. Room is ok but no bathroom only a cramp toilet bowl and small wash basin. need to go to the public onsen near the lobby or in the courtyard for shower but the door can be locked for privacy, only problem is have to wait for your turn if someone else is using it. There is a dining area where you can heat food in microwave and big dining table to eat your meals, free coffee and drinking water is available too.

I love everything about this place. It is so clean, staffs are very nice and helpful, onsen is nice, location is great & I had a comfortable stay here. Sure will come back!

Too small room for 3 persons. Bedroom only has WC but no bath tub caused inconvenience.  Onsen do not have separated male and female caused need waiting when want showering only
