Lijiang Lismant SUYE Hotel

The service was excellent; they were very responsive to all our requests. I imagine the scenery would be even more beautiful in spring and summer. They have kid-friendly activities like horseback riding (for an extra fee) and feeding small animals, plus mountain hiking to collect pinecones. There's a good variety of activities. Since it's not easy to go down the mountain, just relaxing at the hotel was a really nice way to spend the vacation.

The scenery is breathtaking, it felt like I was living in a painting. I have to mention how wonderful the hotel service was; the staff (both male and female) were so welcoming and made me feel right at home.

Really loved the small balcony in my room with a fantastic view of the lake, mountains, and lawn. The afternoon tea was also a delightful treat, so relaxing! The hotel offers carrots to feed the deer and lambs, which is just adorable. Every photo I took turned out great. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of mains, and the service was excellent. Overall, the atmosphere felt very upscale and grand, and the lobby with its expansive views was stunning.

The hotel is located in Wenhailv Village, which is absolutely stunning and definitely worth the hour-plus drive from Lijiang city. The hotel facilities are excellent, the service is attentive, and there are plenty of engaging activities to enjoy. The food is also delicious. Honestly, I can't find a single fault! We even got lucky and saw the sunset over 'Golden Mountain,' which was breathtaking. Highly recommend! While it's not cheap, it's absolutely worth every penny!

The hotel room is spacious and beautiful, split into two levels. The first floor has the living room and bathroom, while the second floor is the bedroom. From the first floor, you can see Wenhai Lake, and the second floor offers a direct, truly stunning view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The hotel's exterior is designed to resemble a snow-capped mountain, and its proximity to the real thing means any photo taken looks great. The hotel's ranch also hosts many friendly animals, including sheep and deer, who will actively approach you for a cuddle. The hotel service is exceptional, offering complimentary shuttle services. Afternoon tea can be enjoyed at the coffee shop or delivered to your room; I chose the latter today, and both the coffee and snacks were exquisite. Upon check-in, guests receive a complimentary photoshoot in ethnic minority attire, perfect for taking memorable pictures. Every area of the hotel is incredibly picturesque and makes for great photos. In the evening, you can experience butter tea making and taste *zaba*, learning about ******* culture. The complimentary evening dessert, delivered to your room at 9 PM, was delicious and sweet. Breakfast was also beautifully presented and tasted great. Overall, this hotel is truly outstanding. For its price point, choosing this hotel is definitely a good decision.

This highly anticipated, popular hotel in Wenhai Village truly delivered! Visiting during the off-season meant fewer guests, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Having an entire pasture and hotel all to ourselves was just brilliant! The butler helped with our luggage, and we even got carrots to feed the lambs – perfect for photos! This hotel is ideal for couples, families with kids, and girlfriends looking for a great photo op. Seriously, it's so photogenic! We stayed in room 101, which directly faced Wenhai, and waking up to the morning glow was incredibly peaceful. The afternoon tea was lovely, and the milk tea in the lobby was delicious too! Can't wait to come back!
