The environment was clean and tidy, and everything met high standards. SOOOAN Lijiang, a hidden luxury resort, is nestled halfway up Wenbi Mountain, offering breathtaking views of both Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Wenbi Lake. The hotel blends traditional Naxi architecture from Wenbi Village with minimalist, vintage-inspired design. My room featured massive floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing me to witness the golden glow of the sunrise on the snow-capped mountains right from my bed. My favorite part was in the evening when the Jellyfish Bar lit up. Sitting at the bar, enjoying a drink, and gazing out over the entire Lijiang area was simply magical. The rooftop infinity pool reflects the snow-capped mountains, and the afternoon tea at the Cow Shed Cafe offers panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Guests can also experience tie-dye handicraft, a non-heritage craft, and take their creations home as souvenirs. The clear broth wontons with fresh meat for breakfast were incredibly comforting and a rare treat that satisfied my Cantonese palate in Yunnan. Ji Jian Xiang Wang offers a hidden luxury escape in Lijiang, with Wenbi Lake as its mirror and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as its backdrop.

I had the chance to experience two different room types over two nights, and I highly recommend trying different room categories if you have the opportunity. The first night I stayed in a room with a mountain view, and the second night in a room with a small garden.

The design is serene, the ambiance is comfortable, and you can get direct, unobstructed views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from many spots. The butler was attentive without being intrusive. It was such a comfortable stay—truly dreamy.

I was very satisfied with this trip. I stayed at a hotel with panoramic views of Lijiang. Not only could I see the snow-capped mountains from my window, but I could also enjoy the wind and rain, drink coffee, and watch the snow-capped mountains from the mountaintop. It was such a comfortable atmosphere, I was truly delighted. The hotel's amenities were excellent, including a very thoughtful airport pick-up service. The room was well-designed with complete facilities. I could relax peacefully at the hotel and also participate in tie-dyeing activities, which was a great experience.

Whether it's after a rain shower or under a clear sky, Xiangwang always delivers a pleasant surprise. The service is warm, the amenities are of good quality, and the food is excellent in color, aroma, and taste. The infinity pool restaurant offers a fantastic view, and the Cow Shed Cafe gives you that 'facing the sea, spring blossoms' feeling. It's truly an ideal vacation spot!
