Sanqingshan XuChu Cloud Hotel

Stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. It's within walking distance to the cable car, and the laundry and drying facilities are super convenient. The room was comfortable, and they even provided complimentary water and drinks. Parking was easy, and the breakfast tasted really good – it would be perfect if there were a bit more variety.

The hotel is very close to the cable car, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit limited though; many items were already empty by 8:30 AM.

The hotel's location is great, it's the very first hotel you see after getting off the cable car at Waishuangxi. It's perfect for an early start to avoid the crowds when hiking. The room and facilities are all good. The holiday price is a bit high, but still acceptable.

The hotel as a whole is newly renovated, with spacious rooms and soft, comfortable bedding, making for a pleasant stay. The environment is clean and well-maintained. The only minor drawback is that some of the faucets have a slight sewer smell when the water runs. Most of the staff are friendly, polite, and provide attentive service. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the cable car entrance, which is convenient for getting around. Overall, it's a high-quality accommodation option worth recommending.

This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and it truly didn't disappoint. The room facilities are very luxurious, and the location is excellent, right by the Waishuangxi cable car. The service was also top-notch. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, offering great food at affordable prices. It was a very pleasant stay. Since our tickets were valid for two days, we bravely went up the mountain on consecutive days. I felt the scenery from the Gangshou ascent was more reminiscent of Huangshan, while the Waishuangxi ascent offered views more like the postcard images of Mount Sanqing. The most popular Jinsha cable car route mainly showcases 'Juran Chushan' and the 'Oriental Goddess,' but personally, I found those views to be just average.

The room was clean and the overall environment was good. The restaurant manager was very dedicated, proactively understanding and meeting customer needs. However, the front desk staff's service attitude was very poor. As the face of the hotel, the front desk really impacted the overall experience.

They provided pick-up and drop-off service to and from the cable car, which was excellent. The butler was very welcoming, and the room was spotless with fantastic decor. I saw so many clouds from the window! Highly recommend.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, excellent in every way. We arrived quite late, but the staff member at the front desk was so welcoming and enthusiastic, even helping us with our luggage. The service truly is top-notch. They have a lot of amenities, but unfortunately, we only stayed one night due to our tight schedule. I'd love to stay longer next time if I get the chance. The breakfast was also great, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, really helped us unwind. Thumbs up, highly recommend! It happened to be raining, but it added a different kind of beauty to the experience!
