Sanqingshan Junlan Resort Hotel (Eastern Jinsha Cableway)

I specifically came to climb Mount Sanqing this time, and after comparing several hotels, I settled on Junlan Hotel. I was truly impressed by the front desk service. Upon entering, the front desk staff were polite and generous, and check-in was very efficient, so we didn't have to wait in a long line. What was most thoughtful was how the front desk attendant helped us plan our climbing route based on our estimated visiting time, helping us avoid crowded sections, and also reminded us to add layers due to the significant temperature difference between morning and evening on the mountain. Later, when we had a small issue, communication was prompt and it was handled properly. Overall, the front desk's professionalism was excellent, and their service was meticulous and down-to-earth. Combined with the hotel's tranquil mountain setting, this stay was particularly comfortable and offered great value for money. It's a perfect choice for a trip.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could even take walks along the street at night. It's super convenient to get to restaurants and supermarkets. The service was good too. My only feedback is that the hotel facilities need improvement, and daily checks and maintenance should be stepped up.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning forest views. The hotel's laser show at night was particularly impressive, and watching the night scenery from the terrace was a great experience. I also enjoyed using the heated pool, gym, and steam room. It's so comfortable to just relax at the hotel when you don't feel like hiking. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide variety of choices. Overall, everything was excellent!

A perfect stay! The service was excellent, the environment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend it with five stars! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Jingsha Cable Car entrance, about a ten-minute walk away, and they also offer a free shuttle service. This made hiking with luggage and a child completely stress-free. The surrounding commercial street has plenty of dining options, making it easy to stock up on essentials. The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. They explained the map and routes, offering great suggestions. Not only are the rooms thoughtful, but the hotel also boasts a large, fully padded children's play area and a constant-temperature parent-child swimming pool. After a day of climbing, the kids could play to their heart's content, while adults could enjoy a leisurely stroll in the courtyard. In the evening, there was a limited-time landscape laser light show, and the night view was absolutely stunning for photos.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel upgraded our room, and the kids absolutely loved the on-site play area and other facilities. As EV owners, we really appreciated the charging stations – a huge convenience. And a special shout-out to the hotel staff; their service was incredibly attentive.
