A convenient family resort hotel with swimming pool, onsen, ski rental, ski lesson and ski club for the kids. This is a ski in and out Resort for NASPA. The room is well design, spacious and complete with an Expresso machine. Convenient stores, coin laundry, vending machines are all available from within the hotel.
The hotel is also conveniently located so you can drive to other ski resorts within the Yuzawa valley easily within 30 mins drive.

非常滿意，酒店自帶滑雪場，有接駁巴士去越後湯澤站。唯一不足的酒店的餐飲，達不到日本的平均水平。建議去越後湯澤站附近吃飯。

第一次到 Naspa New Otani, 從越後湯澤有酒店專車接送，車程5分鐘，挺方便啊！對於滑雪來說，Naspa Ski Garden 雪山不大，只有數條滑道，但如家庭成員有小朋友或初學者，這Ski and n Ski Out 酒店配套是挺好的，有free bus 去附近三個大D嘅滑雪場。而且此山嘅ski pass 是免費的，房價有包早晚餐 buffet 。

一切都很好，從shuttle bus接送站，到晚餐的食物和服務，從大浴場和露天温泉的設備用品，到房間裏面乾濕兩用以及毛巾多條的準備，front服務員，餐廳服務員，禮賓的行李小夥印度人，以及shop店，大家都很nice，wechat pay便利付款。
唯一就是bar不開沒有任何娛樂設施，因為剛好是秋冬兩季交換的時間差，有些員工放假啦。 12月中就開板了，相信客人會很多。
早上check out，昨晚12.3日應該下雪了，出了lobby的景緻會讓你很wow （哇塞）
希望之後有機會雪季來

酒店樓下系滑雪場，但遺憾系離開第2日滑雪場先開，緊記唔好貪平去咩青達雪具到租雪具，系滑雪場到租重方便！ 間青達雪具去租果陣已經要等成2粒鐘，店員又新手，完全解決唔到問題，最嚴重既系小朋友個雪鞋同雪板居然系唔岩既！ 小朋友個雪板零件重要跌出黎，超危險‼️
