Hotel Vallee Village Reviews

The hotel staff, an elderly couple, only spoke Japanese, but they were very kind and tried their best to help. I didn't order breakfast in advance this time, but it was very convenient as it was within walking distance of the station and supermarket. Taking a bath after skiing was wonderful! The facilities weren't the newest, but they were all very clean. I would definitely come back next time!

I've never been particularly picky about accommodations, but this place still had some issues. First, the stairs were too high, which was inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage. Also, there were no effective anti-slip measures in the heavy snow; I slipped and fell on the seventh or eighth step, landing on the bottom, and my lower back and right arm are still very painful. I even suspect a minor fracture in my right arm. My phone screen was also cracked. I can't imagine what would happen to an elderly person in this situation. There's a large public bath on the first floor, which looked quite clean, but due to limited ventilation, the vents were moldy, and water droplets were dripping back down. The mattress in the tatami room had bloodstains on it. The sheets, however, were relatively clean. Objectively speaking, the advantage is its proximity to the station, with plenty of places to hang clothes and ski equipment. The owner is an elderly person who rings a bell to enter and exit. Later, after dinner, I came back around 9 pm to ask about something, but no one came out after ringing the bell several times, so I just let it go.

The hotel is decent for the price, neither great nor terrible. It has a view of the snow and is conveniently located. The price is reasonable compared to other options. The only downside is that the black netting on the window slightly obstructs the view, which is a bit of a shame. Overall, it's okay for the price.

The location of the B&B is convenient. It takes about 5 minutes from the east exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station. We stayed in a tatami room, which had enough space to open our luggage. There is a toilet attached to the room, but you have to go to a public area to take a shower.

The price is very favorable, the room is very clean, and although the counter is not often occupied, people respond quickly as long as they ring the bell. The service is very good. And it's very close to the station, so parking is very convenient.

The room was cleaner than expected, and the training was very comfortable. It should be run by a family. There is a couple, mother-in-law and father-in-law, who are very nice and friendly people. The breakfast is so rich and delicious!

爬樓梯是必須的，但也就爬一層，如果拿大箱子不太方便，還好我拿的是小箱子開心呀，風景很好，環境很好，我很喜歡上放了兩天的小煙花也還好吧，我很喜歡這邊的空氣很濕潤，旁邊就是山，還有温泉還是和式的房間，很安逸的感覺

小ぢんまりとしていますが駅からも近いですし、部屋でも快適に過ごせました 風呂利用は24時間ではありませんが気持ちいい温泉です 館内に自販機が見当たりませんでしたのでご注意下さい

距離車站近，房間乾淨。

素泊まりで利用。お部屋・公共スペース共に清潔感があってよかった。
