Не рекомендую останавливаться в Панораме, впечатление ужасное! В номере очень холодно, постоянно работал обогреватель, но ситуацию это не спасло. Ремот делали очень давно и наверное самыми низкокачественными материалами. Ковролин грязный, мебель ушатанная, сантехника тоже. Душевая кабина протекает. В ванной есть фен, но ни одной розетки. Включить его можно только в комнате. Все электроприборы - чайник, телевизор, мини-холодильник, обогреватель подключаются через один удлинитель. На тумбочке стоит телефон, но связаться с администратором невозможно, телефон не работает. Светильник расположен на тумбочке у ножного конца кровати, поэтому почитать книгу при свете настольной лампы невозможно. Вид из окна номера на 4 этаже на задний двор с гаражами, подсобными помещениями и электороподстанцией. Завтрак по талонам на скромную сумму, все что свыше этого лимита, требует доплаты. Единственный плюс этой гостиницы - это удобное расположение в центре города.

С 16 по 21 октября 2023 года была командировка. В целом ничего не предвещало беды,до последнего дня. Сдавал карточку от номера,она оказалась немного погнутой. Ко мне придралась администратор слегка азиатской внешности.Попросила заплатить 500 р иначе будут судиться) короче отелю наплевать на то как он выглядит в глазах посетителей,и на посетителей в целом им тоже получается плевать)в любом другом отеле на это забили бы,карточка ничего не стоит. Здесь из тебя хотят выжать деньги на карточке,что показывает отношение.завтраки не включены, в бассейн посещение тоже ограничено кучей правил , с шапочкой, когда вы должны зайти ,и выйти через 45 минут. Не рекомендую тут жить в целом из за отношения
