Assalamu aleikum My husband and I decided to spend the weekend in your resort And of course we would like to share our impressions) The hotel is located in the highest and incredibly beautiful location It is truly breathtaking 🥰 Insanely beautiful landscapes, the cleanest air. Separately, we note the incredible work, beauty and quality of the hotel architecture 👏🏻 To build a luxury hotel on top of a mountain is amazing, we can't even imagine how much work it took! The hotel is quite atmospheric and cozy! But I would also like to note what was not entirely pleasing: My husband was hungry because there was no choice at the buffet, there was one first course - pumpkin soup and one second course. And from the staff there was a lot of fuss IBD (imitation of vigorous activity) Then there was a moment that the staff speaks only Uzbek, Russian, they do not speak English, but you often have guests from the CIS and other foreign countries. And we have witnessed how in some moments the staff did not understand what the guests were asking of them. They mislead with their advertising. They provide outdated information. They artificially inflate prices for holidays. They do not post up-to-date information anywhere. They talk about an increase at the last moment of booking. They do not respond to attempts to contact management. I do not recommend.

The service is just awful. The food is delicious, but unfortunately everything is cold. Especially the tea is cold. Nothing is included. The staff is unprofessional. Everyone is walking around gloomy. There are construction sites in the radius, it seems like they left the construction sites and returned to them. Taxis are nearby, everything is expensive. It is better to order a taxi by phone

Шикарная природа, вид из окна 10/10, чистота в номере 8/10, был немного пыльный пол, и лежали на полу скрепки какие то, еда 3/10. Цена за шведский стол 200.000 сум с человека, но выбор еды прям очень скудный, так же заказывали еду по меню, сотрудники ресторана работают очень медленно, не понимаю русский, объясняешь на узбекском все равно приносят не то что заказали, мы заказывали салат цезарь, нам принесли греческий, заказали варенные яйца, принесли жареные! И так дважды) забывают вообще что было заказано, потому что не записывают и пытаются запомнить, на завтрак заказали омлет, он был жутко жирный и можно сказать плавал в масле. Рядом с отелем есть кафе шашлык.уз, тоже все масляное, жирное и не вкусное, только мясо было норм, все остальное нет.

К сожалению, мы не смогли побывать в этом отеле, и, судя по всему, после инцидента с бронированием, мы вряд ли вернемся сюда снова. Мы забронировали две комнаты заранее, за пять дней до прибытия, так как планировали провести время с двумя семьями. Оплатили 50% от общей стоимости, но, к сожалению, за два дня до приезда нам пришлось отменить бронь. В подобных ситуациях с другими отелями, при условии соблюдения условий отмены, проблем с возвратом денег не возникало. Однако уже больше месяца мы не можем получить возвращение средств, несмотря на обещания от отеля вернуть деньги до конца декабря 2024 года. Сложно понять, как отель не может решить вопрос с возвратом суммы, которая составляет около 2 сумов (approx. $150), за полтора месяца. Это вызывает сомнения в качестве сервиса и организации работы отеля. Имеется чек и переписки с представителям отеля.

Отель шикарный. Тоже прочитав отзывы в TripAdvisor очень переживала, но все оказалось совсем наоборот. Сервис прекрасный, доброжелательный персонал, вкусная и разнообразная еда, все чистое, все в наличии. Отдыхали в windhem garden. Отель оправдал все наилучшие ожидания

Сам отель и само место прекрасное, Сервис и персонал это ужас!!! Заселяют в номера в которых бардак, мусор, банки, бутылки от предыдущих постояльцев. Приехали группой, и таких как мы было еще номеров 5 с бардаком, люди в шоке, некоторым дали ключи от номеров в которых еще даже не выехали предыдущие гости. Никак не реагировали на ресепшен на требование дать другой номер, 3 сотрудника пинали проблему туда сюда минут 30, в итоге конечно заселили в чистый номер, но первое впечатление об их сервисе просто ужас!
