The place is quite good, is very convenient, the receptionist is very nice, Give me early check in, Everything is good, include breakfast

We found the location excellent - very convenient to all the tourist attractions and all the fabulous eating places. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend this hotel for convenience and friendliness. Nothing is an issue and staff are super polite. Rooms are perfect compared to some recently experienced in Croatia. This is the 3rd time staying and will definitely stay again.

Superb location, great hotel with the classic and traditional vibes. Good breakfast. Staff at check in seemed a little bit unfriendly. Unfortunately, I spotted a pair of dirty black socks lying behind the curtain in the room upon check in.

Location is great, but the gym/fitness area is very poor. Surprising that a hotel is good would have such a poor fitness gym, as so many travelers now I want to take advantage of that.

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

I have stayed twice now and a little disappointed that the last visit I was in the older area of the hotel. Room was smaller and could go with an update. Was in a great location.
