Best Western Premier Hotel Astoria

The hotel is very good located. The room was enough for a single or couple. There is a mini bar in the room but prices are crazy high. I went to the supermarket and I got drinks 3 times less expensive. My room faced the buildings in construction. Many scaffolding but I never heard or saw anyone working or strange noises. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The internet worked very well. Just so you know. Once you check out they cut the internet from you. That was a bit rude but okay. They helped me to get more internet to order a taxi. They have water for guests at the lobby and they have a coffee shop inside too. The water in the sink stopped flowing. I opened it and saw hair (yucky!) Since it was very late at night I took the hair out but it didn't fix the problem so I complained next day and they fixed it quickly. I just cannot understand why people who clean the rooms cannot check this before they let the guests in? Super easy to check if the water flows or not. Anyway. Good hotel in general. I complained but I still think it is a good hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. It’s in a great location, 5 mins walk to the tram stop and train station, also within walking distance of some tourist attractions. The room was a good size and was cleaned daily. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, there was an excellent variety of options to choose from, and the kitchen staff were veryhelpful and welcoming.

Everything is good, Breakfast is good. Location is central. You can actually walk around from the hotel without problems. Closer to the train station

From “A to Z”, this hotel is simply incredible: the kindness of the front desk staff, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the property, the deliciousness of the breakfast, the exemplary customer service mindset, etc. I especially thank Ms. Marina to cut my watermelon and serve it on a plate and the 4th floor cleaning lady to help me with my luggages. 110% RECOMMENDED!!

Beautiful and amazing. The breakfast has variety. The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent. Great location , several bakeries and coffee shops and close to city center and major tourist attractions. Highly recommend
