Hostel Bureau

I highly recommend Histrl Bureau in Zagreb Croatia..facility is alright, but most importantly, the front office people or the receptionists are the best, considerate, humanitarian, kind, & caring receptionists, namely; Lana, Paul, & Katerina. Their customer service skills are by par and exceeds my expectations. Kudos to you guys and I appreciate y’all!

Extended for one more night but sadly had to pay another city tax which I understand because this is booked with different booking number. Overall my stay in this hostel is nice. Spacious bedroom, clean kitchen and bathroom and spacious sitting areas.

I arrived in Zagreb at night, and the hostel is located inside a building, so the surroundings were a bit dark. The room is clean and well-organized, though a little small — but there’s still enough space to unpack, and lockers are available. The shower booths are separated for men and women, which is nice!

Had a problem to find the hotel enterance. Taxi driver took me out on the main road and I could see the Hostel building, but it was rather difficult to find the enterance.

It is alright to stay one night. They took big groups of teenagers which is a bit noisy in the corridor. They don’t have enough toilets so there is a line in the morning.

Great hostel - got early check in as the room was ready and bathrooms were freshly cleaned. Beds were very clean and common room had a pool table plus other games. Staff were very friendly as well. Kitchen was also very useful to warm up food.

Nice and friendly staff, glad they recommend a lot of nice restaurant and good food for me to try. Will come back again
