Klelia Beach Hotel by Zante Plaza

The hotel is in a fantastic location being only few minutes walk from a couple beaches. There is an amazing viewing point close by. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was clean. The rooms were a good size we stayed in the annex building opposite the main hotel. For every meal there was plenty to choose from and it was all hot and fresh. The transfer time from the airport was less than 10 minutes. There are lots of shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. There were always sunbeds available throughout the day.

I absolutely would not recommend this hotel the staff did not want to be there so unfriendly the food very limited bread and salad mostly sometimes chips amd maybe chicken or beef and no beer only ouzo and limited drinks on an all inclusive holiday

Good location close to beach and local restaurants , bars and shops. Due to late season sadly a lot of establishments closed. Antonia’s pool bar was open and we went there a couple of evenings for some atmosphere. Main town which has lots of shops, restaurants is worth a visit and just a ten minute bus or taxi ride. Good variety of food at the hotel but the ambiance at the restaurant, bar and pool areas is spoilt by the wasps that are everywhere there are many nests in the roofs at the hotel which they need to control as many guests were stung .

The morst worst hotel which I ever seen!! I'm actually here woth little baby , booked FAMILY room which is situated next to bar!!! In evening music is terrible loud , no chance to sleep , definitely not recommend for families with kids as you are unable to sleep here !!

We stayed here from 20th September for 2 weeks arrived home today We stayed in room 805 was originally offered 801 which we didn't like as very dark and small balcony with jaquize bath The lady showed us another room 805 which was more suitable as wrap round balcony with outdoor jacuzzi bath When we used the outdoor jacuzzi bath when we let the water out it flooded the bathroom as that must be where drainage is for it It stunk awful we only used it twice in 2 weeks coz of the stink it made It's such a shame this hotel must have been beautiful when first built It's just in disrepair Food is the only excellent thing about it no complaints with this at all The drinks are vile the beer is so flat The pool bar which is used for everything breakfast lunch and dinner snacks etc is just that a pool bar Pool is filthy on the floors round it Sunbeds are filthy Little tables are filthy The owners of this hotel need to spend some investment on it I have never complained about any hotel before I did speak to reception about the stink from bathroom drain Nothing was done we just covered it over with lots of towels which helped contain the smell I noticed the reception area is immaculate and the toilets there too The other toilets by pool are gross We did have a nice time as made the most of our holiday I couldn't get over they use big litre pop to make drinks so they are flat And everyone uses them but sometimes tops are left on It is a small hotel so guests are all friendly We won't be back but must have been beautiful in it's time but not now I actually think it should be 2 star Sorry it wasn't for us
