Phoenix Hotel

This hotel is right in the heart of Zakynthos Town! It's next to the famous square, and it's lovely to stroll along the street in front of the hotel. Behind it, you'll find a ton of restaurants. The room even provided drinking water, and there's a Carrefour supermarket right next door. It's also super close to both the bus station and the ferry. When we checked out, the front desk even helped us call a taxi quickly.

Great location, close to the airport with 6 free parking spots out front. However, finding a parking space after 6 PM can be a challenge. Zakynthos is a beautiful town, and there's a fantastic, affordable burger joint right on the street near the hotel. The hotel's drains had a bit of an odor, but for a few hundred euros in Europe, it was good value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a museum and a church, offering great views. The breakfast selection is quite good, and the cleanliness and facilities are decent. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for a short stay.

The soundproofing in the room isn't great; I was woken up by outside noise in the morning. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the towels weren't clean.

Facilities: Quite old. Cleanliness: Clean and fresh. Ambiance: Comfortable, with air conditioning. Service: Almost nonexistent.
