Well-kept swimming pool, but unfortunately full of bees, which make access annoying. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace, but not very usable due to the presence of bees. The quality of the food is a bit poor, even though there is a lot of choice. In my opinion it would be better to focus more on quality than quantity. The same applies to the condition of supplies present in the common areas of the hotel which appear to be worn and stained."

"Right by the town center, the area is very lively with plenty of food and shopping options. Stepping out, you can see the sea, which is lovely. The room was quite clean; my only complaint is that the shower water splashes onto the floor and takes a long time to dry. All the water on the island is desalinated seawater and not safe for direct consumption, so they provide two bottles of water on the first day of your stay. Breakfast was decent."

"Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. Air con was included and was fantastic given the hot temperature outside. The apartments are in a very central location, close to everything. Attached to the hotel is the Life Time beach bar, with free sunbeds on the garden from the third row in, for paying hotel guests. They had big umbrellas and very close to the sea. The staff at the beach bar were also so friendly and welcoming. We ate breakfast every morning and can well recommend the Zakynthian breakfast for €9.50. Was delicious. The sea on Tsvilivi beach has to be one of the best in Greece. Clear water, soft sand, safe for children and was so warm it was like being in a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would most definitely return, recommend and cannot thank Denis and his staff enough, for making our stay such a pleasurable and memorable one!"

"Shame. I worked there for 2 years and when I built a restaurant for him, I was invited on February 11 because the Minister of Petsa came with him. Halkia and P. Dimas were very proud... I have photos of course. Pantazis also came with his daughter Koni, I came. As did Lena Zevgara. I brought my brother to help at Easter and I thank him for being an assistant maintenance man. Pantelis was called the head maintenance man after Giorgos, who had been there for 10 years and was fired because he asked for a small raise. SO HONESTY. HE ALSO ASKED ME TO SIGN A TERMINATION OF THE HOUSE AND HE HAD HIS DAUGHTER, HIS ACCOUNTANT, PUT A FALSE SIGNATURE BECAUSE HE HAS MADE A LOT OF MONEY ON THE ISLAND..1660 INSTEAD OF 3540 WHICH I HAD A CONTRACT FOR UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER. WHAT ELSE? SHOULD I SAY ABOUT THE MOUSE IN THE RESTAURANT (ASK THE RESPONSIBLE CONSTANTLY AND WHETHER I BRING IT? THE BRAVE ARV. OR ANDREAS? THE ONE WHO MADE ME COLLECT SCRATCHES FROM THE SEA..AND SO MUCH THAT IF I WRITE....."

"I have mixed feelings. Just to be clear this was not the first time for us in Zakynthos or in Greece. It was rated as a 4 star, but no way they can imagine this hotel is worth 4 stars. The worst mattress was at this hotel, I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture to post it here so that you can see how it looked. it was so bumpy, you could not let an animal to sleep on that thing. It took them 2 days to change it and each time we asked for an update they were telling us there is nothing they can do about it. We did not have the day curtains, only the night ones. The draining water in the bathroom was a mess, each time we were taking a shower, all the water was coming up from the drain. But, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent."

"The location is within town area and close to the port. The apartment is new and we are lucky that the room is arranged on the ground floor. Otherwise, we have to carry heavy luggage upstairs. Basically, there is no reception service and they only leave the telephone number outside the reception which is very inconvenient for travellers without roaming."

"A very beautiful hotel, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and they offered a taxi service, though it was a bit pricey. The restaurant was delicious. I needed to wait for my ride to the airport a little later, and they even extended my check-out time to 5 PM, saying I could wait for the ride in my room. Very kind. The environment was also beautiful."

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at King Jason. The hotel is lovely, amazing pools with the comfiest sun loungers & lovely cabanas. Rooms are really nice. Restaurants all excellent but as prior reviews have mentioned, the staff are all so friendly & helpful which makes the stay so much better. We couldn’t fault any of them, all so obliging & attentive. We will definitely return."

"this has to be the worst hotel i’ve ever stepped in to! the staff are really intimidating and the hotel dosent look the same as the photos, i found a moulded gyro down the side of the bed and it was rotten! the so called “manger” was a disgrace his attitude was stinking, we had to leave the hotel the second day in it was unbearable and i’m calling on everyone to avoid and boycott this place please please avoid!"

The beds were so comfortable we slept perfectly every night, and our room along with the whole resort was immaculately clean and beautifully modern throughout. We always got a sun bed whenever we wanted, all the staff were really friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent with plenty of tasty options. The pool was so inviting and never felt crowded at all – we really got the sense this resort attracts such lovely, polite guests. It’s in a great location really close to all the tourist trips and excursions, and we loved that it was nice and relaxed – not full of people just drinking all day. I honestly can’t understand why some people complain about the location – do a little research or rent a car it’s really not that difficult! Please don’t let any negative reviews put you off – tourist tax is standard and expected in most foreign countries, so we really can’t understand complaints about this either. "Myself and my partner stayed here for just under 2 weeks. The hotel was amazing. We had booked a double room and upon arrival was told we had been upgraded for free to a triple room which was a lovely suprise! The room was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. The pool was great however it was quite hard to get a sunbed some days. I understand it was a very busy hotel however some individuals would leave there towel all day go out and then come back an hour before the pool closed to have a quick dip. I thought that was a bit unfair. The location was great, right next to the beach. Breakfast is good however lunch and dinner was quite poor. The options weren’t amazing and neither were the all inclusive drinks. However the staff were amazing! There was a man behind the reception desk most evenings who had black hair and a black beard and spoke very good English and he was brilliant. He was very good at helping us with a late checkout and was very friendly. Overall I would come back and stay, I would just eat out more often."
