Nice hotel, good service and convenient parking. Breakfast was also pretty good

This is a large hotel located in an ample property surrounded by trees and greenery. The rooms are of a good size and the hotel is really quiet. However, it is far from the pedestrian mall and where the action is, in case you wish to go to night clubs, bars, etc. The room, in my case, included a buffet dinner which was quite adequate, although only opened between 17:00 and 20:00. If you are accustomed to a later dinner, then you must make other arrangements. The buffet breakfast is great, so enjoy it if you stay there.

We had a great time, here. We didn't use the extra facilities (spa, massage...) but played bowling. :-) Breakfast had many options and choices.

Booked this stay through ******* for two adults and one child, when we wanted to extend the stay for one additional night I was told I owe them additional money for previous night, even though we paid in advance for all of us. The staff was more concerned about additional charges for previous night than having us stay additional night, and was very unfriendly when I tried to discuss the situation. The total amount we were charged for one night was not worth it and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the outdated rooms and old uncomfortable beds. After paying additional charges and parking fees, I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other newer hotels in the area which are much better and nicer all around. We stayed another night in another hotel near by and staff and hotel room was much nicer and totally worth it and no hidden fees. Once we left the reception area to sit in the lobby, all three staff members got together and were clearly talking about us like we didn’t know what was happening. Very unprofessional for a high priced hotel with hidden fees with zero respect for customer. Will not be staying here ever again but people should know how they run and operate this place when booking using other web sites that were less expensive as the hotel. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay and it’s a shame they are allowed to call this place Belvedere with such unfriendliness and outdated rooms.

We could hear dogs barking all night. The bed was tiny and there was no option to change nor did they seem to care when we asked. The breakfast buffet was excellent. But overall not a great experience for the price paid and supposed reputation.

Very nice facility and a huge breakfast and dinner buffet. Tends to have tours busses staying there but it's a large hotel and very quiet. It also has an indoor pool and a hot tub.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here for our anniversary. They sped up the preparation of our room so that we could check in earlier. we got a free upgrade and a lovely surprise of wine in our room. The room was so nice and exceptionally clean like bran new. we loved every part of our stay.
