Olson Real Acueducto Hotel & Suites

Clean good location and friendly people

book this hotel if you don’t mind partygoers and late night club noises from across the street, it’s basically a self check in airbnb , limited ammenites and there was no room cleaning service during our 2 night stay ✌🏻

Cleaning lady was extremely helpful and attentive but the “reception” (which is a broom closet) lady was absent. There is a table with coffee which was good but little snacks and fruit ran out immediately.

The location is great and room was nice The only problem was Thursday Friday Saturday there's a disco club across the street that plays music until 3:00 a.m. had a really hard time sleeping will not stay again because of this reason. I'd rather stay somewhere with not so good a location and actually sleep and be right across from a disco club blaring music from 9:00 to 3:00 in the morning

I had an executive suite. It was really clean and nice. However the living room area space had no air was unbearably hot. Essentially that space was not occupied my entire stay.

Great location, quick elevator and nice underground parking structure.

Bed clothes inside were dirty with food or I don’t know what. Hairs arround pillows, really they didn’t cleaned the room before rent it again. I requested room change and the new one was also with hairs in the lavatory and between the sheets etc. I mean you can stay anywhere but a dirty place …!

The staff was lovely! I would contact them and they would get back to me so fast with answers to my questions or concerns

Beautiful apartment with modern fit and finish. Could have done with a thorough cleaning as we found hair on the floor and on the bed sheets. Overall a great spot as it is very central in the Andares neighborhood with great food and shopping options.
