Hotel Real Zapopan

There was loud guest and the property was not proactive to get them to be quiete not to disturb other guest loud banging noice for the price this was not a good stay

Hotel, reservation, staff!!! Everything was good my only issues was *******, but the hotel staff helped me, ******* was very useless helping, so all the excellent service to the hotel, for the lack of help that ******* gave me

The hotel has a very good location. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room and property were clean. We had a small issue with the a/c but it was resolved by moving us right away to a new room. The internet was very slow and had to go out the room to have a better connection, other than that we had a great stay.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Beds are really comfortable but bathrooms need attention as they seem dated.

Clean room, nice staff, great location near old church and the malls. Safe too !!

Parking was great, and the area is perfect fir tourists

Good clean place. Good price. And close to a lot of different places of interests for a tourist.
