The room was fine. The check in, hallways and shower were nowhere near a 9 rating. No amenities near by. The hotel restaurant food was terrible and very expensive.

The room was clean and the parking fee was super reasonable in comparison to others i have stayed at.

Is e very convenient place is in the beltway and you don't have a problems about driving to any place

Almost everything excelent except for the jacuzzi and pool, it was so cold! Thanks.

The staff were always attentive and very friendly. Their breakfast buffet was definitely a hit. We enjoyed the variety on food; everything was very fresh. The shopping center next to the hotel was nice. They had a cafe, Little Cesars, OXXO, ice cream shop, and a few other stores. One thing I wish they had was more space to put your clothes in. They only had a closet, but no dresser so most of our clothes had to stay in our luggage's. The shower was another issue we had. The water would come out and would leak all over the bathroom. Besides those 2 issues, everything else was great. It was perfect for the days we stayed and would definitely stay there again, it was the perfect distance for everything we wanted to do outside the area.

The parking situation is horrible.. there should be a daily card guest can use instéad of having to go to the front desk and get a ticket. The room air conditioning was bad.

Terrible breakfast options and there´s nothing around the hotel where you can go walking.

This is a great hotel if your goal is to go to the Akron Stadium. You can cross the road, take the metro for one stop, get off, and walk to the stadium which is about 30 minutes (very doable). There is an oxxo near by and Subway and Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. To go the cathedral or other restaurants, you will need to uber.
