We had initially booked a double room for our family of four, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to discover that our reservation had been inexplicably switched to a single room.
Despite presenting our original booking confirmation, the staff displayed a shocking lack of responsibility and customer service skills. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or offer any viable solution to accommodate our family. We were left in a lurch, with no empathy or assistance from the hotel staff.
The situation was not just inconvenient but completely unacceptable. The dismissive attitude of the staff only added insult to injury. It is appalling that a reputed hotel would handle a booking error with such negligence and disregard for guest satisfaction.
We had to scramble for last-minute alternatives and I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking with this hotel, as they seem incapable of managing reservations effectively or caring for their guests' comfort and needs.
