The location is superb, just a three-minute walk from the MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or other places. The surrounding amenities are also excellent, making it a great spot for a short-term stay.

I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was a shame that there was construction going on from the entrance to the front desk. The location was also great, right next to the Gran Via station, making it convenient for going to department stores and downtown. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Everything is perfect bed, bathroom, perfect cleanse. Price is also good. Close to center and many places to eat. Room is small, but this is not problem.

The hotel is located on the main street a short walk from Goza Central Station. The tram runs down this street and it is very easy to reach the major sites and attractions in Zaragoza from. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the reception were friendly and attentive. There is a cafe with an outdoor and comfortable indoor seating area.

The room was very clean and smelled lovely. The entire room was completely renovated and included a small refrigerator and a desk. The only drawback is that the elevator only goes to the first floor. If you're on the second floor, you have to climb one flight of stairs.

Although I didn't get a refund for the room because I made a reservation in error, it's still one of my favorite hotels in Zaragoza because of its value for money and comfortable rooms.

The problem with the hotel is the noise from the old facilities where it is located (noise from elevators, motors, cisterns...) and the interior courtyard of the building (noise from neighbors, barking dogs...)

Everything is very decent, clean and cool. The location is excellent!?! I recommend it to everyone.

I booked two connecting rooms and they gave us two rooms that were close together but not connected at all. One room was a decent size, but the other was tiny. There's only an elevator to the first floor. The entire reception area is under construction. It's a very old hotel, although the rooms have been renovated. Walking down the hallway is scary—poor lighting and outdated.

Perfectly located for what I needed. Cleanliness was good; I didn't use their cafeteria.

The hotel reception on the ground floor is under construction. The upper floors, including the first floor where we stayed, were all fine. The room and bathroom were renovated. The reception staff were very helpful. There's a tram stop right outside, and it's a 25-minute walk to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar.

We went for work and they treated us very well. They are attentive and the rooms are very nice.

The room was too small, even though it was a single room; it was a bit cramped. They should warn guests that reception was under construction. Having to carry luggage up the top floor should have been announced in advance.

Poor soundproofing; you could hear everything that was happening in the hallway.
