Hotel Reina Petronila

This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. There was no water, no slippers, no coffee machine, no toilet paper, and no air conditioning. At 1500 euros a night in Zaragoza, it's not cheap. I called to ask for water and slippers, and they charged me 14.7 euros to check out! This experience was absolutely terrible, the worst ever.

This hotel doesn't have a high rating on Ctrip. However, the actual stay experience is much better than the top 1 or 2 ranked hotels in Zaragoza. The only downside is that it's in the new town, quite far from the old town, but considering the hotel's facilities, it's considered good for Zaragoza. If you're not a tourist or need to get to the train station the next day, feel free to book it. There are several cafes and a large supermarket nearby, which should meet all your needs. The front desk staff are friendly, and one of the receptionists speaks a few words of Chinese.

Check-in is still acceptable, but the service needs to be improved. The sanitation is also good. The environment is also very good and it is convenient to go anywhere. Next time guests have needs, they can make another reservation.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town and the main scenic spots, so you need to take a taxi or drive. The hotel's exterior design is very good. It is considered a very good hotel locally. The restaurant downstairs has simple meals and cheap drinks. The private underground garage is spacious and luxurious, and the front desk service is excellent.
