Very good location, in the center of the historic center. Room not very big but clean and comfortable. That the gym is closed on weekends doesn't make much sense.

It is located next to Plaza Pilar in the city center. The location is very good, about 10 minutes' drive from the train station. The breakfast is also quite rich. The hotel room is quite large, but because it is facing the street, there may be a little noise. Overall, it is good. I will continue to choose here next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are spacious. However, it is noisy because it is on the street. The breakfast is too average. It is recommended not to add breakfast when booking. It is better to eat out by yourself. It is completely below expectations. The variety is single, all cold food. When staying in other hotels in Europe, there is at least a heating device under the breakfast, but there is no such device here. The variety is also very simple, mainly various breads.

Located at the corner of the old city, this property has river views is modern and the staff was fantastic. Highly recommended.

No quiet floors becouse of structure. You will hear averything on other side of the building. Very hard to get to hotel parking.

Fabulous position overlooking Plaza Pilar. Very convenient for old town sightseeing and for buses and trams. Parking under the hotel is not for the faint hearted as it’s a steep descent followed by a sharp turn! But worth it. Very secure and direct access to the hotels reception and all rooms by lift.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Zaragoza, central to everything. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel every spring in the mattress. We have stayed at NH hotels before and never had a complaint, but this one needs to upgrade its bedding.

The staff was not friendly and only 1 small bottle of water was available for each guest for free.

Ok hotel. No staff. No good parking. Safe parking but really tight. I lucked out and a nice gentleman on a motorcycle drove my car out for me. The hotel is great for visiting old town. Basically across the street.
