B&B HOTEL Zaragoza Royal

The staff was fabulous, nothing bad to say, they took wonderful care of our pet. The only thing I'd say is that the air conditioning wasn't working properly... if they fix it, we'll definitely come back.

We stayed just one night as a family, and thank goodness, because the experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, and parking in the area was difficult. The triple room was quite worn, with several defects and a general feeling of neglect. The worst: the bathroom. The paint on the tiles was chipped and the original color was visible, the shower curtain was damp and urgently needed replacing, the bathtub didn't drain properly, and the sink leaked water every time you turned on the faucet, soaking everything on the marble floor (we had to put down a towel to contain the mess). The soundproofing was very poor: you could hear all the street noise as if you had the window open. The only saving grace was the bed, which was comfortable. But for the price we paid, I thought it was very expensive for what it offered. I wouldn't recommend it, at least until they do a proper renovation. A shame.

Curious to receive this questionnaire when we cancelled our stay 10 days before the scheduled date asking if not a refund at least a postponement for serious medical reasons with a certificate from the hospital provided ... the intermediary agency having asked us for this certificate leading us to believe in a refund for such a serious cause and moreover, 10 days before the date ... You refused any arrangement, testimony of your understanding and your empathy for a loved one between life and death ... Easy for you to resell the room in 10 days and moreover, for the Pentecost weekend..; you will understand our satisfaction (!) for your establishment and difficult to understand that you are still asking us what we think of your hotel: everything is said and today's request, totally inappropriate, for our appreciation when we did not come ... proof that the management of your returns also leaves something to be desired, it does not make us want to know you !!!!
