"Spent 2 nights here in June with a family of three and really enjoyed our stay and the town of Zell am Ziller. First of all, we wish we had more time. This town is in a very pretty valley setting and wished we would have had more time to explore the area and hike. The property was great amd located right in the middle of the small town. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food at the property was good (and the restaurant is open unlike other places while we were there). Finally, the room we had was amazing. It was one of the larger apartment-like rooms on the top floor. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. They also had a sister property just down the road that we didn’t stay at, but looked nice as well."

"I stayed here almost a week in February and I most say that from the initial booking, upon arrival and to check out, this was one of the best experiences at a hotel I have had so far. This is how it shall be done! I stayed in the Bellis suite, and it had a wonderful view towards the mountains and garden. The spa with saunas and pools was the perfect after ski before sitting down at their restaurant that was also top notch. They also have heated ski-lockers with a separate entrance where you can leave your equipment to dry over night. I was solo travelling this year, but we will most definitely stay here with my wife next year! This place is suitable for couples and singels."

"Such a greedy hotel. The receptionist was extremely impolite and was shouting at us. Probably she has some connection with the manager, otherwise she wouldn’t be working at the reception! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want a bad experience!"

"Very Basic hotel, rooms large, pillow awful, adequate bathroom. Food not very good, although we were on a coach trip, so maybe the main menu might be better. Good Location and lovely little town. "

"First time stay at Ferienhotel Sonnehof. From arrival to departure cannot find fault with anything associated with the hotel. Warm welcome. Comfortable room. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Good choice of food both for breakfast and evening meal. Enjoyed the entertainment that was arranged for 2 nights. Ideal situtaion for expoloring the surrounding areas."
