Excellent Matterhorn view from the room. Christina, I guess the owner of the hotel with excellent service and hospitality. However, the breakfast restaurant crews were not at par on service. Sight some argument with the tour group for table sitting arrangement which was not handled well. The crews wee also not with expected service too. The 2nd day breakfast was finished at 8am and we were told that it will not be replenished and that it was for the day. The spread with some left overs and we were not being offered any other arrangement. This is not acceptable with breakfast package. End up we hv to prepare ourselves with our own food. Very disappointed with this.

Stayed at Hotel Albana Real with a group. We all enjoyed the hotel. Rooms were large and quiet. Spa was enjoyed by all. Restaurant did a good job with breakfast and catered to our preferences.

First stay in this hotel, good location with a short walk to the town and to the lifts. It has many facilities on site, boot / ski room, gym and pool. Rooms are a good size and more traditional alps style. Breakfast is good but would prefer it to start at 7am to be able to be prompt to get first lift!

Swiss hospitality, scenic view and comfortable rooms. It is a wooden chalet beautifully decorated and warm for spending your days at Zermatt. Breakfast is good, could have had a little bit more variety. Location is very good as it is not far away from the train station. It has also the electric cars that they can come and pick you up, useful if you are having many luggages and your skiing equipment.

The BREAKFAST was so soo good !!!!! The room was big and comfy, everything was super clean. They also had like a sofa bed which worked great for us. We went for breakfast every day and really liked it, the kids ate with no problem which I loved. There were lots of options, so no chance to get bored for multiple days.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly loved every part of the experience. The location is perfect, especially if you want to enjoy Zermatt for the first time. We had already visited other parts of Switzerland, and finally coming here felt very special. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, cozy, and relaxing. Waking up every morning to the mountain view from our room was absolutely magical and honestly felt like being in a fairytale. The rooms were very comfortable, well maintained, and spotless, which made resting easy after long days of exploring. In terms of cleanliness, everything was impeccable throughout the hotel. The environment was quiet and peaceful, so the noise level was never an issue, and we slept incredibly well every night. The service was consistently good and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel twice and really enjoyed the dining options. Our kids preferred the entrecôte, while we loved the Thai restaurant for its slightly spicy flavors, which we are used to. The Thai restaurant also has a unique interior that feels like being inside a boat, which was a fun and memorable detail. Considering the overall experience, the value for the quality, views, and service was absolutely worth it. The amenities offered made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We arrived exhausted after all day, and the woman at the front desk welcomed us so warmly. The room was clean. At first we thought it was a bit small, but honestly it was just right. The bed was really comfortable. Coming in from the cold and getting into the room with that cozy blanket truly felt like vacation. I didn’t expect much from breakfast, there was so much to choose from. We were always full because everything was delicious. We also had diner at the Thai restaurant. The food was really good, though a bit spicy for my boyfriend 😂 The best part was the spa, the pool and the jacuzzi were amazing I already want to come back!
