Monte Rosa Boutique Hotel

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Upon check-in, they offered us water, there was a handwritten note in our room, and the amenities had a lovely fragrance – the hospitality was wonderful! All the staff were kind, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. It's close to the train station and also near the Japanese Bridge. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Zermatt!

The hotel front desk staff were very helpful. The room's interior was lovely. There was complimentary juice in the refrigerator along with the paid beer. My daughter figured this out by reading the instructions. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also satisfying! On our way back, the hotel provided a car to Zermatt station. Our luggage was heavy, so this was a great help. The driver was a young man from Spain. My daughter was able to converse with him in English, which became a wonderful memory of our trip.

The suite we booked this time was great! The staff are friendly and the service is enthusiastic. Breakfast is also great! All in all highly recommended! The hotel provides free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel, which is a very cute little TAXI.

The hotel was excellent in every way.

酒店離采爾馬特火車站步行8分鐘，提供免費接送站服務。歐式中古風氛圍很贊，房間配置尚可，大床是拼接的單人床，沒有熱水壺，浴缸淋浴。

場所も素晴らしく、 ホテルサービスは素晴らしいものでした。 英語がわからず困っていても丁寧に説明してもらえました。また行きたいホテルです！
