During the booking period, because my date was wrongly booked on 27-28 and 29-30, the hotel did not allow me to change the date of the previous day (I originally checked in on 27-29). I originally wanted to give up staying in a hotel during the trip, but the hotel asked me to give a sick leave certificate before giving me a receipt, and I couldn't get any changes or partial refunds in the end! So we bite the bullet and go (it's a little thing) The point is below! During the stay, the front desk staff worth a question, there is a male staff member, I don't know his name, he is relatively short, and he speaks with a more neutral voice, his attitude is really bad! When I checked in on the first day, I asked the female staff at the front desk when there is a shuttle bus? He politely replied that it was office hours every day. When you check in the next day, ask the male staff if there is a shuttle bus that can take you to the train station? He even answered the first sentence: why? The attitude, eyes and expression are also very unfriendly. I feel very strange, why do you ask us why! I directly answered him why for what!? Then he didn't answer me at all: the shuttle bus can only be provided during check-in and check-out! Omg! I have never seen such staff! Don't take a front desk job if you can't be patient! During the check-in period, there was a bathtub in the room on the second night, but the water could not be plugged. After notifying the front desk, another staff member waited for an hour to check. After checking, he took a photo, and then Told us to wait a while and checked out all night with no response! Of course, there is also a commendable employee. It should be a relatively high-ranking male employee. I was in a hurry when I checked out and found a cake left in the room. He rushed to the room with me to find it even in the garbage bag , and then went back downstairs to ask other staff in the restaurant, I saw a cleaning lady smiling! No other employees made a sound. But he didn't answer where the cake was (I strongly believe that the staff at the hotel has already eaten it)
