The fact that you have to pick up and return the key in car-free Zermatt 1.2 km away is bad service - especially since there was nothing in the description of the property. Just one roll of toilet paper is unreasonable for the price. The apartment itself

A holiday apartment with everything you need. Top renovated and very functional. Very good bus connections within a two-minute walk. Come again.

The entrance to the apartment is awkward with all ski luggage. You have to overcome various doors and smaller stairs. You won't find the ski room straight away. But the apartment itself is top notch.

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal da und finden die Wohnung sehr praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Bisschen weg vom Schuss aber Anbindung zum Bus ist super.

Wir waren in den skieferien. Die wohnung liegt sehr praktisch und nahe des skibusses. Der skiraum wurde aufgerämt und extrem aufgebessert. Das hat uns sehr gefreut.
