22 Summits Apartments

We had a wonderful stay at 22 Summits Apartment! The service was excellent, especially from the receptionist and the staff at the buffet breakfast area, who were all warm and attentive. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and the location was fantastic. Just a few steps outside the apartment, we were already greeted with a stunning view of the Matterhorn 🤭. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety as well. The only minor downside was that Unit 31 didn't have a frying pan or a microwave. After we requested a frying pan, the receptionist kindly provided one, although it was taken back the following day. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything else was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it! ☺️

Check in at the 22 Summits Hotel and they whisk you into the "James Bond" Underground tunnel to access the elevator to the apartments. Very cool. We booked Apartment 10. Heaps of room for the 2 of us and the balcony off the lounge was perfect to enjoy afternoon drinks and cheese watching the people coming down from hiking. Breakfast at this time of year was served in the main hotel and was lovely European buffet style. Far enough from the main village to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to wander in for dinner. Close to the free electric bus stop if you don't fancy walking in. The kitchen was very well appointed. Note- there is a coffee machine but not even 1 coffee pod or sugar sachet to have on your arrival which I would think would be appreciated before you have time to go and get your groceries.

Great location next to the gondola. Friendly staff . We stayed in their apartment and was spacious with all the amenities. We would come back without hesitation.

Amazing stay - 5 stars! Had an amazing stay here. Appt was generously sized and had everything you needed. Matterhorn view from the living room and bedroom too was amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful and a great selection at breakfast too. Really cosy rooms and has a real boutique feel to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again if going back to Zermatt.

As an apartment with kitchen, the trash bin is too small. When people cook, lots of trash will be produced. The coffee at lobby costs money, which was not mentioned by the staff. As a resul, unexpexted expense occurred.

The location may be inconvenient for those who wish to stay in a central spot closer to all the shops and restaurants; this beautiful boutique hotel is at the southern-most part of Zermatt which means you need to walk through mostly hospitality and residential areas before reaching the commercial zone. This was perfect for us as we otherwise may have not been compelled to see beyond the main stretch of Zermatt. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a kitchen equipped with a water kettle, sink, cooktop, oven, and small fridge. Beds were comfy. Would gladly stay here again.
