This view is incredible. It would be nice if the quilt was more comfortable. This quilt is a bit too rough. The store owner is really super considerate. He showed us the hotel and introduced us in detail. I love it.

The location of the hotel is within 8 minutes from the Zermatt Railway Station, along the bustling street, restaurants and shops, lively and convenient. The decoration of the hotel is in the style of a warm log cabin. The room is small but neat. The bathroom is refurbished and very nice. This time I couldn't book a room with a terrace, but you can see the Matterhorn when you have breakfast in the restaurant, and you will consider staying next time.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Owner and staff are also veey friendly. Toilet is big and nice. Though a distance of walking in the snow from train station to hotel, but overall still managable.
The radiators in the room werent working and even after troubleshooting, the issue wasnt resolved. the staff provided portable heaters for us.
Overall a pleasant stay for 3 of us.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the check in was amazing, Adeel was so kind and accommodating. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Zermatt. We didn't have a single this go wrong.

Quaint hotel, very clean and comfortable. Great location, near to downtown area restaurants and shopping and the train station. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Single room is small but roomy enough and very cozy. Large balcony with great view. Nice outside sitting area.
