Had a great stay with my parents. We were given a 2 bedroom loft and it was a perfect layout for families. The apartment is very clean, quiet and the location is perfect for us. It’s so convenient as east village is a stone throw away and there are a lot of eateries near by. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely stay here again the next trip to Sydney.

The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, benefiting from excellent natural light and offering expansive views. They are also well-equipped and immaculately clean, with an elegant overall ambiance.

The apartment-style rooms offer a truly homely feel. The location is extremely convenient, providing easy access and the freedom to explore, with malls, supermarkets, and tourist spots all within walking distance. Ctrip's service was outstanding, making us feel like family even when abroad.

Room Size: I was given a room on the first floor, and I was initially worried about poor soundproofing or bugs, but luckily, there were none! I slept really well every night, and it was very quiet outside. The room was spacious, with a living room, an outdoor balcony, a kitchen, a dining table, and a study. It offered excellent value for money and is perfect for tourists staying for over ten days. Location: The hotel is very close to Zetland shopping center, just a two to three-minute walk away. East Village has both Coles and an Asian supermarket. It's a bit further to Green Square train station, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. If you want to take the bus, it's convenient too, with routes 304 (goes to the City) and 392 (goes to UNSW) nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with basic cooking utensils, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a capsule coffee machine. The only inconvenience was the lack of chopsticks, so I brought some leftover cutlery from my takeout orders. Cleanliness: Regarding cleaning, I had read other reviews before booking, so I was prepared for no daily housekeeping. After checking in, someone did room service about every three days, and the cleaning was quite good (they even thoughtfully left an extra plastic bag for the trash can). They also provided extra bottles of dish soap. I found the trash room on my floor, so whenever I cooked and didn't want the trash sitting in my room overnight, I'd just take it out myself, which was very convenient. Excellent because it is a genuine, informative review. Thumbs up!

Facilities: The two-bedroom suite we occupied was very well-equipped. It featured a full kitchen with a dishwasher and stove, a washing machine and dryer, and a coffee machine. If you happen to run out of coffee capsules, you can simply ask the front desk for more. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was decent. They provide a light cleaning service and trash collection every three days. The only drawback was the bedding arrangement: the duvet was merely two sheets sandwiched together, which meant it inevitably got completely messy and tangled after just one night's sleep. Service: As for service, this type of apartment offers very little, functioning more like a temporary home where guests are expected to purchase their own groceries and supplies for daily living.

Very comfortable apartment! Enjoyed a beer on the large balcony watching the sunset – simply beautiful! The price was right, service was excellent, and it was very clean.

Near Sydney city, not far, supermarket and restaurants are clear, not a free car park but you can park on the street.

We stayed for three nights in a two-bedroom apartment. It's conveniently located, roughly 20 minutes by bus from both the city center and the beach, and also close to the airport. We found it to be excellent value for money and would definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

Location is good, a 10-15 min drive to the city, bus stops are close-by (5-10min walk) but the Green Square metro stop is a 15-20 min walk. There’s a Coles supermarket just 5 minutes walk away which was very convenient. Restaurants and cafes also nearby. We stayed in a 2 bdrm suite with 2 full bathrooms which was perfect for our family of four. The hotel only provides amenities replenishment on day 3 and there was no cleaning service throughout our 5 night stay which I found a little disappointing. Overall a great stay at Meriton Suites, I would stay there again.

This is a really great hotel. Even though the local standard is afternoon check-ins and early morning check-outs, they kindly offered us an early check-in when we needed to switch rooms due to a change in our party size. The one-bedroom suite offers excellent value for money. It comes with a fridge and an oven (though dishwashers and washing machines are only available in the three-bedroom units). The space is very generous, and the kitchenware is comprehensive and easy to use. The four gas burners are powerful. Guests should remember to bring their own slippers and chopsticks. Nearby, you'll find large supermarkets and smaller Asian grocery stores, and ordering takeout is very convenient.

We booked 2 bedrooms apartments is a loft with generous spaces which is good for friends to share the whole apartment and keep privacy in different levels.

Being allocated in a room with windows almost immediately above the garbage bin collection area. Poor room service arrangement and worst sense of customer care from the cleaners. (Must be a management issue of taking cost savings to the limit and at guests’ expense). Helpful staff though.  Prompt response to customer complaints and also the offering of gestures.  Good pool.

Travelled as a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. The suite was spacious, clean and comes with 2 bathrooms which was very convenient for our stay. A short walk to East Village where you will have access to F&Bs, supermarkets. Highly recommended if u are travelling in Sydney. We had a car and we could also use their private carpark at a fee.
