The toilet seat was stained with yellow grime (and it was broken), and there were cigarette butts in the laundry basket… I was hoping to make do since I arrived late, but when I got to the bed, bloodstains on the pillow and worn-out stains on the sheets caught my eye. I couldn't take it anymore and asked to change rooms. I looked at several rooms on different floors, and they were all exactly the same – not a single one had clean bedding or complete facilities… The staff were blatantly lying, saying things like, "A farmer stayed here recently," and "It was cleaned by an intern." What's even more disturbing is the exhaust fan above the toilet. When it was opened, the hot air of 40 to 50 degrees Celsius blew straight down from the Tianling Gai. It's blowing air, not convulsing air. A good window can only be opened a crack. The central air conditioner is just a decoration and cannot be turned on at all. The temperature outside is around 10 degrees. The temperature inside is over 30 degrees. The flying smell from the bathroom can't get out, and the strong wind blowing outside can't get in. I couldn't breathe, so I could only keep the door to the room open all night. Can be slightly ventilated. The so-called oxygen supply means that there is no oxygen supply. Even if you turn on the oxygen supply paper towel, you can't blow it. In the end, I was forced to do nothing. It's so stuffy and hot that I can't even breathe through it. I could only drive my car to the street and open the window to sleep. There are even weirder ones. Such a big hotel has no one on duty at night. All lights in public areas are sensor switches. In such a large lobby, only three downlights were turned on. In all corridors, when people pass by, one light is turned on by voice control, the one in front is turned on, and the one behind is turned off. This is the first time I have seen a hotel like this in my life. Going back to the hotel at night was scarier than filming a horror movie. The mineral water bottle is full. But the bottle cap has been opened. It is seriously suspected that tap water was poured in from an old bottle. The cleaning was not done well and the front desk receptionist didn't know anything about it. I won't even mention such trivial matters. There was no phone in the room and the hotel did not leave a WeChat message. If you have any questions about the room, you can only go down to the lobby to ask, and you have to go through the ghost passage of turning on and off the lights again. There are also so-called smart switches in the room. A proper ***. Turn on one light, and the other light will turn off. It takes a long time to switch. To put it bluntly, you are only allowed to turn on one light in the room. The whole hotel looked like a horror movie. I hope this comment can be seen by investors. Don't let this kind of management kill your business. I hope people who come to Ali can stay in a good hotel.
