Typically, cheaper places have cleanliness issues, and more expensive ones are just too pricey. Here, you pay for a standard hotel but get a villa-like experience. You can spend an entire afternoon relaxing, enjoying the scenery with a cup of tea. The laundry room has both washing and drying facilities, so no need to queue like in a hotel, and there's even a butler service. They also have a mahjong room and a bamboo grove for barbecues. Thumbs up!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was about a 5 minute walk to the national park and there are a lot of food options around the hotel. The lady at the reception gave us a clear description of the national park and what would be the best route for a 2 day visit.

We arrived early in the morning, and the owner upgraded our room for free. It was much larger and more spacious. Opening the curtains, I could see the surrounding mountains. It was especially wonderful to be able to gaze at the mist-shrouded mountain scenery without leaving the room in the morning. The entrance to the scenic area is less than 15 minutes away. The hotel also provides free walking sticks, but those planning to take the cable car up the mountain should avoid using them, as they are completely unnecessary. There are many restaurants nearby, all reasonably priced and delicious.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience at Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay. The hotel contacted us days before arrival, arranged airport pickup, and even helped plan our visits to Tianmen Mountain, the Glass Bridge, and the National Forest Park. Our driver dropped us off to start sightseeing and brought our luggage to the hotel for us—such thoughtful service! When we checked in, we were surprised with a honeymoon room upgrade. Although we chose our original room for a cozier feel, the gesture was incredibly kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect—about a 10-minute walk to the National Forest entrance. The staff truly made our trip. They helped book all our tickets, gave clear directions, and even assisted with food delivery. Special thanks to Sunny for planning everything, and to the staff member who brought us grapes and oranges late at night when we were craving fruit 😂. We’re recommending this hotel to everyone. Amazing service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality!

very quiet with a nice view. highly recommended if you want to get out of the city. food at hotel restaurant is good too, they grow their own rice and vegetables. offers free pick up and drop off to east gate. the b&b also have a lot of cute animals who will follow you around

Amazing service - they were very accomodating and patient with us as we only spoke English. Awesome location where it was right next to the East gate entrance. They helped us book our passes to the National park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain at a discounted price. The facilities are very clean and aesthetic with a relaxing atmosphere. Very generous option in the breakfast buffet selection. Very tidy and clean room a d service. We had fun playing with the voice activation to turn the light on/off and opening/closing the blinds 😆. Definitely would visit again.

I was truly surprised by this stay! From check-in, the front desk attendant was warm and efficient, thoughtfully explaining the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The king-size room I booked was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed linens were soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and hot water was available instantly. The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Both the facilities and service are impeccable, and the value for money is outstanding. It's already my top choice for accommodation the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and truly made my trip memorable. She patiently planned and explained all the tours in great detail, which made exploring the area smooth and stress-free. The hotel’s location is another big plus, as it is very close to all the main attractions. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend not booking tickets online. Instead, ask the receptionist to book them for you, as they offer good discounts and better deals. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

The place was nice , the host is very kind and speaks good English. You will find cute kitties living on the ground floor.the owner will help you booking tickets for the attractions if u need for just a small charge . There are always many guests both chinese and foreigners. You can have dinner all together for 30 yuan and experience various local foods. The rooms are clean , there is airconditioning and he will provide a set of sheets and blanket/pillow. He even took all the guests on an evening walk to some cave for free. Totally recommended
