Hampton by Hilton properties in Zhangjiajie

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was outstanding! Especially the lady who came by with the cart every evening – she was incredibly warm. She'd explain the sightseeing routes in detail, thoughtfully bring us hot porridge, and even give snack packs to the kids. The best part was when we came back from hiking, she actually brought us foot-soaking tubs and herbal medicine packs, recommending we soak our feet to relieve fatigue. She was truly exceptional!

I was absolutely, incredibly satisfied! I stayed for two nights, and the service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were all so lovely. I arrived on New Year's Eve, and they told me where restaurants were still open, how to get there, and so on. Seriously, it was fantastic. My child even got to play with some print-making fans and had popcorn. The staff even helped wash, dry, and fold our clothes and brought them back – so convenient! Today I went to Tianmen Mountain and stayed at a Hampton Inn again, and they upgraded my room directly. So, so happy! The rime ice was also stunning. I forgot to take photos of the room though!
