Arrived late at night but the owner still wait at front desk. Very helpful and friendly, offered us to dry ourselves from rain even after we already checked out. Hotel is near shops and restaurants.

We like this family own hotel very much, their personal touch services are superb. They take care of us like family member. Giving good advice and ensure we have enough time for our High-speed train. The location is excellent for people who wanted to visit Tien Men Shan. Easy to get goods around the hotel.

Great stay, very friendly family.
Location: although not super close to cable car station, its a nice quartier to walk around (restaurants, little stores, fruit stalls), theres a big stone in front of it.
Room: spacious, low light, big window, no smell, good bed, clean. Ask for high floor or front building room to avoid restaurant smell from the street.
They can gently help you to purchase tickets for attractions at good price. Use phone translator.

Location is fantastic, the bosses are very friendly, they help me to carry the luggage to 3rd floor and managed to get me cheaper ticket to Tianmen Mountain. Cheap and good bargain, will stay again.

The hotel is quite simple, the isolation is not so good, but the heating works well. For the price you pay, you cannot ask for more. Our stay went well. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. They were very kind. The location is good to get to Tianmenshan on foot and to Zhangjiajie national park by bus since the bus station is only 5-10 min walking from the station. See photos of beautiful places nearby.

The owner of the inn is very kind, accomodating and helpful. She booked our Tianmen Mountain tickets, took us to a good Chinese restaurant, and booked our car going back to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. She also gave us directions on how to navigate Tianmen Moutain, checked on us every now and reminded us to be down the mountain at 11:30am so we won’t miss our 2:00pm train.
When we entered the inn, we were mesmerized as it has a welcoming ambiance. We love all the wood designs and carvings. They also offered us tea and heated blankets.
We booked the Fairy room and it surpassed our expectation. It is nice and cozy, everything is made of wood. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has basic toiletries. There is also a heater that is so easy to operate, just like an AC.
We absolutely loved our stay. We can’t wait to bring our family next time we come to Zhangjiajie. Definitely worth the money!

Spend two nights here and I can totally recommend the hotel! Next to the cable car and it’s easy to take a taxi to the national car. Great und helpful owner who even gave me some of their own harvested oranges as a present! Thx a lot!!
