This hotel was an amazing experience! The room was spotless and well-equipped with amenities like a smart toilet, and the curtains were very practical. Parking was convenient, and the owner provided excellent service, even helping us book tickets for the 'Thousands of Years of Love' show. The seats were fantastic, right in front of the stage and in the very center. We ended up staying for a full week straight. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

this place is very strategic, less than 10mins from the zhangjiajie national east gate where you can take the bailong elevator.. they're very welcoming us.. help us taking out luggage, ensure we entered the right room and even offer a free ride to the zhangjiajie national park.. they did not hesitate offering help if needed which is super helpful.. room is very clean with enough amenities and quite environment.. bed was comfy.. it's exactly the same like what it shows in the picture..I'll definitely go back here if come again to zhangjiajje

Amazing stay — the best host in Zhangjiajie! This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The host went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. He helped us buy tickets for both Avatar Mountain and Tianmen, and even got us a discount because we booked directly with him. Whenever he had time, he personally drove us to the entrance of the attractions for free, something you don’t experience often! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. Great facilities, super comfortable, and overall a very welcoming atmosphere. If you’re coming to Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. The service, kindness, and convenience you get are truly exceptional. You won’t regret it!
