Cloud Bamboo Retreat | Avatar Mountains ,3-min walk to the Zhangjiajie Forest Park

There was a bit of dust and some stains on the pillows. On the plus side, there was air conditioning (heating and cooling), breakfast, and a good location. It’s a shame, though, that the room with a terrace is on the second floor with no elevator access; I had to carry my suitcase up and down myself. Just imagine if a petite woman were renting the room.

Multiple flies and 1 of the rooms have cockroaches inside. Other than that, everything is fine. Sad that the swimming pool is no longer available.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It is incredibly beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. They even helped us with our luggage, which was such a nice touch. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to an even better room, with no extra charge at all. It was such a wonderful gesture and made our stay even more special. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep. There is also a laundry facility where you can wash and dry your clothes, which is extremely convenient, especially when travelling. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of different options to choose from. Everything was fresh and tasty, so there was definitely something for everyone. And, of course, the views from our room were simply breathtaking. Waking up and seeing the mountains right outside the window felt absolutely unreal. It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience that we will never forget. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beautiful surroundings and amazing views to the wonderful staff and comfortable rooms, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and memorable place to stay!

Hotel is amazing! Super clean and amazing staff! Great views to the mountains 🏔️ Breakfast 🍳 is delicious! If you visit the Avatar area is a key place to stay. Very close to the middle gate!

Friendly and accommodating staffs, was really helpful with booking a cab for us to head to Tianmen Mountain Line A since it was harder to get a car in the morning! This spot offers a amazing mountain range view with rice fields nearby. All you hear are birds and bugs. Air is really clean here. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Zhangjiajie!
