Really great! 👍 Quiet, clean, and they even upgraded our room for free. The service was excellent too. Highly recommend for families or couples.

This guesthouse boasts an elegant and timeless Song Dynasty-inspired decor, exuding an antique charm. The service from the staff is meticulous and thoughtful; they not only ensured everything was well-arranged but also helped with laundry and shoe cleaning, truly paying attention to the small details. There are four or five adorable and cuddly cats on the premises, and playing with them in your free time is incredibly therapeutic. It's just a five-minute taxi ride to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the complimentary shuttle service is clean and tidy, even featuring massage functions in the car, which was perfect for relaxing after a tiring journey. Overall, my stay was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant.

The kittens they raise are incredibly cute and friendly! I loved them so much I extended my stay by another night. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the hotel's location is excellent and convenient. Everything was great, highly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations! I didn't realize there was such a beautiful, thoughtful, and cozy hotel here in Zhangjiajie. A hotel run by women really does pay more attention to detail and offer a warmer touch. The service and facilities are excellent.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I especially loved the design where you change into slippers – it really adds to the clean and tidy feel. The decor is very tasteful, and the cat is absolutely adorable! We got caught in heavy rain at Tianmen Mountain today, and a big thank you to the lady who helped us with our luggage when we got back – so thoughtful and kind! I'll definitely be back, and hopefully, I can stay for a few more days next time.
