The host is incredibly warm, friendly and thoughtful from start to finish. Upon arrival, they patiently answered all our questions, recommended authentic, great-value local restaurants tailored to our tastes, helping us avoid overhyped tourist traps. They also gave us a detailed, personalized travel guide for the scenic spots—including hidden gems, route tips and key photo spots—saving us hours of planning and making our Zhangjiajie trip smooth and stress-free, elevating our entire experience to a whole new level!
The room exceeded all our expectations! It’s spotlessly clean and neatly maintained, with a cozy layout, great lighting and ventilation—no cramped feeling at all. The biggest highlight is the fully smart room amenities, especially the smart toilet, which adds an extra touch of comfort and attention to detail. The facilities are brand new and in perfect condition, paired with simple and healing decor that creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
After a long day of hiking and exploring Zhangjiajie, we’d return to the homestay, take a nice hot shower, and sink into the soft, clean bed—all our tiredness melted away instantly. We felt completely relaxed and fell asleep quickly, enjoying an amazing night’s rest.
