This is not actually a hotel; it is an apartment-style stay. They do not have a front desk. When we entered the residence area, we were confused because there was no signboard or indication of a hotel. We had to take help from some local Chinese people to contact the host, and then they asked us to message them on WeChat. After that, they provided the exact floor and apartment number. The entrance felt like a back door of the building. We took the elevator and went up to their apartment, but after reaching there we had to wait around 10–15 minutes for them to arrive. Overall, it is more like a low-budget hotel. For budget-friendly travelers and for those traveling by train from Zhangjiajiexi Station, this place can be a good choice because it is located very close to the Zhangjiajiexi Railway Station. However, it is not in the city, so if you want to visit the city area, you will need to take a taxi. I recommend contacting them via WeChat before you arrive. They do not provide breakfast or canteen service. The hotel boy was friendly, polite, and very helpful, which we appreciated. Before visiting Zhangjiajie, make sure to carry a universal travel adapter, as they use thin two-pin sockets in the apartment. The room size was medium, but since we were traveling in winter, heavier blankets should have been provided. We felt quite cold during the night. Room service is available. Overall, it is a suitable option for budget travelers, especially those traveling via Zhangjiajiexi Railway Station.

The bed was absolutely horrible, it was a thin mattress on top of wood so I could barely sleep. And also, the name is deceiving, they don't serve breakfast

Personally, I suggest you do not stay here. It is affordable and close to the train station. BUT many issues. The owner would not respond to my questions & messages. There’s no details on how to get past the security gates or what floor the room is on. A woman eventually saw I was lost outside and took me to the top of this isolated strange building to meet the owner. He was kind and patient and helped me with wifi. However, the room looks NOTHING like the photos. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The heat through the window was extreme. Within the first hour after check in, I checked out and had to leave.

This accommodation is a 10-minute walk away from Zhangjiajiexi station and it’s the perfect place to stay if you have to catch an early morning train. Room was clean and as pictured, I have no complaints. Only downside was that the toilet was a squat one.

We booked this hotel because we have to catch an early train the next day. It was not clear on the English version of the confirmation that the bathroom was shared. We have to pay extra on the spot to upgrade our room. The room is very small but it is conveniently located next to the west railway station.
