Mo Yuan Hotel(Tianmen Mountain Cable Car Store)

Had a fantastic stay here! The guesthouse was incredibly clean and tidy, and the decor was very tasteful. You could really tell the owner put a lot of thought into the design. It was such a comfortable and relaxing stay. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!

The hotel in the photo was different when I booked, and the address was different when I booked it. They probably changed our address. Overall, it didn't affect anything, but you need to take it into account in advance to ensure you arrive at the correct address. The sheets and towels were clean. But if you move the sofa, table, or anything else, there were cigarette butts and dust. We had to clean the table when we unfolded it; it was covered in sunflower seed peelings and dirt. The second bathroom is not very convenient; it has a hole in the floor instead of a toilet, so when you wash, water splashes everywhere. But these are quirks; you just have to get used to them or choose more carefully. On the plus side, the location is great—the cable car and supermarket are nearby.

We are Korean, and to commemorate my father's 70th birthday, our family of eight traveled to Zhangjiajie for 7 days and 6 nights. Because my elderly parents were traveling with us, we wanted to stay in a spacious guesthouse, so we chose this spacious duplex suite. It was especially great that it had four guest rooms and four bathrooms. The toilets all had sit-down toilets, which were very smart and comfortable. There were also four separate shower rooms, allowing for quick showers in the morning. The accommodation was new and very clean. My parents were very satisfied with the accommodation. They particularly enjoyed the view of the Lishui River in Zhangjiajie from the spacious window of the 14th-floor living room. They were also very pleased with the view at the end of their trip. The guesthouse owner had kindly booked all the tickets for our Chinese attractions in advance via WeChat, even though our Chinese isn't very fluent, at a discounted price. They answered all our questions quickly, kindly, and accurately before the trip, which was a great help. Close to the Tianmen cable car, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty. It hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We don't recommend it until it's cleaned.

It was difficult to find the location despite entering the exact address. The apartment is very well-equipped and everything. There were no large towels, only small ones, which was inconvenient for drying off. Everything else was fine. There are several places to eat nearby and a supermarket. It's within walking distance of the entrance to Tianmen Mountain.
