This hotel is really amazing. The area is so serene and peaceful, the access to the lake is very convenient, and the hotel is very clean and relaxing. What really stands out to me is the staff. They are extremely helpful. I had two issues, one with my airline, and one with a lost item, and the staff members helped me solve both of them. The team member Guliping was super helpful and friendly, wonderful to work with!!! I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie. You won’t be disappointed. Breakfast was also tasty too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was very clean and still worth recommending. I booked two nights, and it was convenient to eat nearby, much better than staying near the South Gate. It's a shame I checked out for the last night to stay near the South Gate; it was a terrible experience. I wish I hadn't checked out.

Extremely satisfied with my stay, especially the excellent service and rich breakfast selection. The free shuttle service to the East Gate of the Forest Park, Charming Xiangxi, and Zhangjiajie West Station was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very patient, offered many helpful suggestions, and did their best to accommodate our requests. Their smiles were delightful! They even gave us a gift when we checked out, which was such a pleasant surprise. I rarely write reviews, but this time I absolutely had to express my appreciation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Zhangjiajie!
