Simple family hotel. Breakfast was simple and adequate but good its not the same for different days. Room was clean with coffee machine. Lobby serve black coffee n tea for free. It would be great if theres latte.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was exactly as described and the views were fantastic. It is conveniently located right next to the Tianmen Cable Way station. The breakfast was also excellent. We were particularly impressed with the service provided by the staff, especially Alice, who was very helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to provide a good experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Zhangjiajie. The hotel lives up to the "what you see is what you get" promise—the rooms and facilities are exactly as advertised, making it a reliable choice for both families and couples. Location: The location is quite convenient. It is situated near the old ZJJ railway line and is approximately 5.2km from the new Zhangjiajie West/East Station. It is nearer to one of the 3 main attractions in ZJJ. Service: While the property itself is great, what really stood out was the service. I want to give a special shout-out to Xiao Wu (小吴) at the front desk. It is rare to find a real gem like her in the hospitality industry today. She went the extra mile to patiently respond to all my needs and made the check-in/stay process seamless. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stress-free stay in Zhangjiajie!

Location is convenient and it’s short walk to Tianmenshan cable car Line A. Restaurants are nearby so super convenient. Great choice if you are visiting Tianmenshan.

Everything was perfect! Spacious and comfortable room, very clean, great location and delicious breakfast that can fit also for foreigners. The staffs were very friendly and helpful with everything needed. Thank you 🫶
