We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Zhangjiajie. The hotel is in a great location, with the cable car station very close by, which made exploring Zhangjiajie extremely convenient. The city itself is beautiful, and there are many good-quality restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. A particularly nice touch was the small gifts we received at check-out — such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

I chose a room with view over the mountains and it was spectacular! We were lucky to find good weather so we could enjoy the view. Staff is friendly and helpful and we had the chance to speak English. In the hall you can find hot tea while in the room were left for us 4 bottles of water. The hotel is conveniently located at a 10 minute walk from the cableway to tianmen mountain, along the way you can find a lot of local restaurants and street food vendors but if you prefer eating something in your room it’s equipped with electric kettle, microwave and a coffee machine. They offer luggage deposit service so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about them. Breakfast (mostly Chinese cuisine) is served at the 17th floor and some table also got the view on the mountain, they also have a yogurt machine. At the same floor you can find the gym and the self laundry. Super recommended if you’re organizing a trip to the tianmen mountain.

This is hotel has a really amazing price-quality! The hotel is 10 min walk away from the Cable way and has plenty of small shops nearby. The room is very nice and the hotel is in great shape with great view on the mountains. The service is really amazing, they provide free laundry service, the staff help us order food online and we received a free magnet.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless and very roomy. The front desk staff provided excellent service, responding quickly to my concerns and going out of their way to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend!

Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's relatively new and clean, and very convenient for attractions. A good experience.
