My experience staying in this hotel is pleasant! I stayed here with my friends in May 2025, and it is actually a new hotel that just finished renovating in March 2025. The location is extremely strategic. It is close to Xibu Street and Zhangjiajie National Park East gate; all reachable in less than 20 mins of walking or 5 mins of didi. Hotel is surrounded by many mini markets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Room is also very spacious, clean, comfortable, and looks good. The owner is extremely welcoming. He gave us useful information about the sightseeing places and recommendation of restaurants. We also got welcoming gifts and a huge Zhangjiajie map for free. Price is also worth it, so definitely recommended if anyone wants to visit and stay in Wulingyuan.

Actually we didn't check-in to the hotel, because we cancelled our trip to ZJ due to bad weather. Our flight was diverted to Chongqing and would depart to ZJ only the next day at noon.
But our host kept us updated with the situation, and even suggested to cancel the trip to prevent more loss, since it will continue raining in ZJ during ourc2 nights booking.
the airport transfer driver was so kind for waiting for us at the ZJ airport and kept us updated with the flight situation, in case our flight would depart the same day. He spent almost 4 hours waiting for us until 01.30 am.

The front desk service is very good. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The rooftop has a view. The front of the B&B faces the street and the back faces the river. There is a free parking space opposite the B&B. The owner is always responsive and helps with ticket booking.
