It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Great rooms, panoramic windows, cleanliness and order everywhere, delicious breakfasts, there are washing and drying machines, friendly staff, helped to make the route every day. 10 minutes to the park entrance. I recommend this hotel! I want to come back here again!

Really clean and new place. Front desk is very helpful as well. Location is a 20 minute walk from Zhangjiajie park East Entrance.

I will give 5 stars to this hotel my trip was awesome thanks to them. First they helped me tickets to tianmen mountains and zhangjiajie national forest. Then they sent to me itinerary to follow. Room was very clean too. They have all necessities. And very close to east gate I walked 10 minutes in the morning. And they gifted me fruits and tea in the reception. Will recommend to all of my friends. Hotel reception do not speak English but we communicated well with translator🥰🥰

If there was a rating higher than 10/10, I would have given it! They went above and beyond with their service and hospitality. Days before our trip they already contacted us with the details to ensure seamless check-in. They allowed us to check-in early when we arrived from our flight in the morning. They even booked our tickets for the attractions nearby. All our requests were granted, and they even gave my husband a birthday cake on our last day! If that wasn't hospitality at its finest, I don't know what is. We will surely come back if we have a chance!

Stayed in this hotel for four days. The room facilities are very complete and the hygiene is very clean. It is about 15 minutes' walk from Wulingyuan East Gate and five minutes' walk from Wulingyuan Bus Station. There are several small supermarkets downstairs and a large supermarket about ten minutes' walk away. There are also many restaurants around, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel service is very good, the boss is very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is also very rich. The cleaning lady cleans the room very clean every day. I stayed here with 10 friends during a trip to Zhangjiajie. It was a very nice hotel. There was also a map of the forest park at the front desk, and the staff reconsidered our walking plan to take into account the time we had for a day and a half. I am very grateful.
