Lavande Hotels (Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Cableway)

The room was clean and tidy, and they even upgraded us for free to a family room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the kids. The hotel is very close to the upper station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and breakfast was plentiful. It's really suitable for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They kindly extended our check-out time until 2 PM for free, and we were able to store our luggage at the front desk. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the Central Bus Station and Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. It was super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, and there were plenty of great food delivery options nearby. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Everything else was great. The room, though small, was clean and the washer and dryer were efficient. The only problem was the air conditioning; I set it to 19℃, but after running it for a long time, the room display still showed 29℃, making me sweat. I had to set it to 15℃ overnight just for the room to reach 26-27℃.

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can try authentic Tujia cuisine. The family room offers excellent value for money! Breakfast was also good!

The room was spacious and clean. I also got a free room upgrade, and they thoughtfully provided complimentary bottled water. The service was excellent, the front desk was very responsible, and parking was convenient with charging stations nearby.

The location is great, only a 10-minute walk to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, and there are many food options right outside. However, the Wi-Fi in the room was terrible; I could barely stream videos at night, it was so laggy. Plus, the water pressure was very low, so showering required some patience.

The hotel service was excellent, and the cleaning staff did a very thorough and thoughtful job. Highly recommend!

The TV in the room didn't work, so I had to switch rooms, but then the electric blinds in the new room didn't work either. The hotel facilities are quite poor! However, it's pretty close to the attractions, which is convenient.

The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; seeing that we had a child, they upgraded us to a family room. The location is convenient for getting around and finding food. Overall, it's excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!
