Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

This is already considered one of the better hotels in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel is very new, has a great environment, and an outdoor pool. You can hike during the day and swim at night, and it's not cold at all outdoors. The butler service was excellent, Anne gave us many practical travel tips and helped us plan our itinerary.

This stay exceeded my expectations; overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel environment was quiet and comfortable, and the public areas were kept clean and elegant. There's also a large garden courtyard, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The guest rooms were thoroughly cleaned, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The staff, in particular, were excellent – friendly, patient in answering questions, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They were also quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great. The location is convenient for getting around, making it easy for both sightseeing and dining. The overall value for money is good, and it was a comfortable stay. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit and recommend it to friends traveling to the area.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The facilities, service, and breakfast were all fantastic. A butler contacted me beforehand to ask about my room preferences, and the room they assigned me was perfect. It was spacious, bright, and very clean, so I slept wonderfully after a long day out. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. The hotel is also very close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Huanglong Cave, and Charming Xiangxi, and getting a taxi is super easy. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Zhangjiajie.

Overall, it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both families and groups of friends. Our trip to Zhangjiajie with the kids was made even better by our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is new, and the room size is ample with excellent decor. The price is pretty standard for Zhangjiajie, as most places here are quite expensive. The underground parking is huge and convenient, though the charging station seemed to be out of order. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the money.

After a full day of hiking in the mountains, it was wonderful to return to the room and rest properly. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, showing great attention to detail. The biggest surprise of this trip was the self-service laundry facilities. When traveling, clothes easily get dusty and sweaty, so being able to wash and dry them anytime significantly reduced our luggage burden. The breakfast experience was also very good, with diverse options catering to different age groups, ensuring everyone could eat well and feel full. The hotel also has leisure areas where you can spend some time relaxing. The staff were all very polite, communicated smoothly, and patiently answered any questions we had. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Both the convenience of getting around and the comfort of the accommodation were top-notch. Highly recommended for family travel.

Traveling to Zhangjiajie with the whole family, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel is right in Wulingyuan, very close to the Forest Park, just a 6-7 minute taxi ride away. It's also very convenient for getting to all the attractions, none of them are far. The rooms are spacious with excellent mountain views, clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft – perfect for resting after a day of exploring. The breakfast offers a wide selection, with plenty of pastries and fruits that the kids loved. The hotel has a large courtyard with an outdoor pool, where the children can relax and play. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is a lifesaver for families with kids, allowing us to wash and dry dirty clothes anytime after our outings. The staff were gentle and friendly, and the service was meticulous. Our entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was excellent. Highly recommended for family trips!
