Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

The hotel offers free shuttle services to and from the airport and train station, and they also provide transportation to the Tianmen Mountain scenic area. The vehicles are clean, tidy, and comfortable! The front desk staff (housekeeper) even upgraded us to a room with a view of Tianmen Mountain. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a clear view of Tianmen Cave from the room. But even better than the view was the hotel's service. From the moment of airport pick-up, I felt the warm and thoughtful hospitality of the manager. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service for both airport transfers and trips to the cable car station. Arranging transportation through the hotel was very convenient; after coming down from the cable car, the manager would proactively call to inform me that they would be there to pick me up shortly. Overall, every detail of the service was impeccably handled.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and odor-free. We got an upgrade to a mountain view room, and Tianmen Mountain felt so close. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The ginger tea and watermelon juice in the lobby were a thoughtful touch. Thanks for the complimentary fruit!

Consistently good as always. The room had great natural light, excellent cleanliness, and a full set of toiletries. The staff were polite and friendly. It was quiet, not noisy at all, so I had a very restful stay. The price was reasonable. A very pleasant experience overall. I've saved it and will prioritize booking here next time.

The hotel is very close to the airport. You can see Tianmen Cave on Tianmen Mountain right from your room window. The butler was especially warm and attentive. The best part was the private car service; they dropped us off at the Tianmen Mountain cableway and also took us to Zhangjiajie West Station. Excellent! Thank you!

This is a newly opened garden hotel in Zhangjiajie, very close to the airport. You can see Tianmen Mountain just by looking up. I'd like to thank the kind young lady at the hotel for the upgrade. The service was excellent, and they offer free pickup and drop-off to the airport and high-speed rail station in a luxury business car.
