We booked 2 rooms with mountain view ! The mlst expensive rooms in the hotel ! The picture of the rooms view in trip.com are not true at all ! You cant see the mountain ! Theres a big building in front of the windows ! The fake pictures on trip.com should be removed

The hotel's location and amenities are excellent! We chose the room with mountain view and were thrilled that we can see Tianmenshan and Tianmen Cave so clearly during our stay.
The breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous and they delivered fruit basket daily to our hotel room.
The most outstanding and impressive of all was the warm and exceptional service provided by Miss Liu.
She was very helpful and assuring with the hotel pick up arrangements, offering suggestions and accommodating our requests.
Highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain when you are deciding where to stay in Zhangjiajie.

My stay at this Hilton was truly exceptional. The entire staff were remarkably friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which created a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere from the very beginning. The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness, fresh fruit was delivered daily, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste :) Another highlight was the stunning mountain view from the hotel, which made every morning especially enjoyable. Above all, I would like to highlight Selina. Her professionalism, warmth, and constant availability went far beyond expectations. She was always ready to assist, attentive to details, and genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. Traveling as an European family of 5.
What a pleasant stay we had! From the moment we made the booking until we got dropped off at the airport. Scarlet and Dennis were so friendly and so very helpful. Everything we asked for they tried to make it work!
Because we’re with 5 they had to be flexible when picking us up at the train station and other moments but they made it work!
Large swimming pools with a big area for the kids to play.
Free coffee, water, fresh juice and a robot to deliver it to your room.
Nice rooms with good beds
Great breakfast, Chinese and western combined.
5 minutes from the airport and less then 10 minutes to the cable way to Tianmen Mountain.

This is a very beautiful, brand new hotel with no unpleasant smell in the room. There are Children's Water playground, outdoor swimming pool, as well as indoor constant temperature swimming pool in the hotel. And most importantly, all of the swimming pools are complimentary for the guests of hotel. It is only 4-minute drive way from hotel to Tianmen Mountain and the hotel offers free transfer. The room's panoramic window has direct view of the cave of Tianmen Mountain. I had enjoyed free transfers from hotel to high-speed railway stations, and airports. It is very nice hotel with great services. Worth 5 stars 👍👍👍👍👍

We stayed overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day.
The reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
The best amenity here has to be the 24hr gym and 24hr laundry room on the second floor.
It is a good place to refresh one’s laundry and self.
